Membership
RPAY offers several types of memberships/ Individual and affiliate memberships provide access to different programs and services.
Memberships expire annually on August 31st.
Individual Membership (voting member)
As a recreation leader, practitioner or volunteer, access leadership training (e.g., the Annual Recreation Gathering, Recreation North training, or Spring Aquatics Workshop) with your $15 Individual Membership.
Affiliate Membership (non-voting member)
As a Yukon organization, community, school or government, access our community and school programs (the WAFL Library, Cycle Smart, and APE) with your $50 Affiliate Membership. Affiliate members must carry their own insurance.
Special Memberships
Legacy Membership (voting membership)
Each year, the RPAY Board may choose to award a Legacy membership to an individual who has made a significant contribution to advancing our goals and objectives and to the parks and recreation sector.
Board Membership (voting membership)
Individuals currently serving on our Board of Directors are volunteers who lead and guide our organization. Their commitment is recognized through an annual Board Membership.
Annual General Meeting
The Recreation & Parks Association of the Yukon (RPAY) invites our members to our Annual General Meeting held each year in early July. Affiliate members are welcome but, as per our bylaws, do not have voting privileges.
