RPAY Annual Recognition Award

RPAY’s Annual Recognition award acknowledges individuals or groups who advance RPAY’s mission and support rural or underserved communities to engage their citizens in active, healthy lifestyles through recreation and parks.
CPRA Awards

CPRA awards are presented to individuals, organizations, municipalities, or governments who have demonstrated a high level of commitment, passion and leadership on a national level to the parks and recreation sector.
2024 Award Recipients
RPAY recognized Cain Miller and Will Quarton for establishing the Watson Lake Disc Golf Club and Grant Dunham for “behind-the-scenes” tech-support to RPAY and the Recreation North Training Program.
The Recreation North Team was presented with the CPRA Partner Award.
2023 Award Recipients
RPAY recognized Cyndy Bekk for her long contribution to recreation in Faro.
Caroline Sparks was presented with the CPRA President’s Award.
2022 Award Recipients
RPAY recognized Cathie Findlay-Brook and Alex Brook for their significant contribution to trails and recreation in Dawson City.
The RPAY Recognition Award was also presented to Alyshia Van Kannel (Teacher) and Grade 3 students Heather, Emilia, Katrina, Nossa, Dominic, Ariya, Gavin, Makelia, Grayson, Sophia, and Tyran at Johnson Elementary School in Watson Lake.
