Aquatics
The RPAY Aquatics Program supports pool operations, programming and leadership in rural Yukon. Through our annual Spring Aquatics Workshop, we foster knowledge and skills around safe pool operations, lifesaving, and the instruction of learn-to-swim programs, as needed. An orientation to the Yukon is also a key component.

Aquatics Workshop
The Spring Aquatics Workshop is for staff who manage, operate and/or maintain pools in rural Yukon. The workshop includes networking and orients new-to-Yukon staff to working in our communities.

Pool School
Through hands-on activities, rural pool staff learn about seasonal facility opening and shutdown, safe pool operations, pool troubleshooting, and Environmental Health Regulations.
Swim Camp
For communities without a pool, Swim Camps provide structured swimming lessons and water safety education while building confidence in and around water.

Pool Manual
The Yukon Swimming Pool Manual (1st ed.) incorporates Yukon Environmental Health Public Health Act requirements and helps pool staff provide a safe, enjoyable experience and environment for staff and patrons.
