Walk to Tuk with our friends from the NWTRPA

Walk to Tuk is an annual community walking challenge put on by our friends at the NWTRPA. Community members, schools, and workplaces are encouraged to form teams and conceptually walk the distance of the Big River from Zhatıé Kų́ę́ (Fort Providence) to Tuktuuyaqtuuq (Tuktoyaktuk), a total of 1,658km. This free event is a great way to meet new people and stay active during the cold and dark months of winter.

Participants have from January 2 to February 29, 2020 to collectively walk 1,658km and get their team to Tuktoyaktuk.
